Description[]

The Secretive Creepy Person appears at first glance to be a human obscured by his clothing. His real name is redacted. He claims to be working for a "Foundation" and is collecting weird anomalies. This Foundation apparently has the job of collecting anomalies and keep them hidden from the public. Naturally, they frequently rewrite the memory of witnesses, and Secretive Creepy Person says he will slip in some good stuff the next time your memories are rewritten if he's pleased. He arrived at The Spookiest House in the World at an unknown point and remained there a lot longer than he can remember. He can be given two obtainable items in exchange for a eight pages report and a scary camera. These items that interests him are [REDACTED] and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Angering him, however, will make him proceed to [DATA EXPUNGED] you. He is also more than he seems, revealing more inhuman details after receiving the desired items. These include tentacles for legs and a concealed eye at the chest area. He might be either a grey zoner from a different layer or from a different zone altogether.

First Appearance[]

In Don't Get Spooked.

Trivia[]

  • He is inspired by the SCP Foundation, being a parody of an agent. The Foundation he works for is just an alternate version of SCP in a different world.
    • SCP is an acronym for Secure, Contain and Protect but Secretive Creepy Person messes it up for different words.
    • The first letters from his nickname form SCP as acronyms.
    • The word censoring present in his encounter is a parody of the SCP format where documents frequently have censored data.
  • In the monster album his name is written as [REDACTED].
  • He closely resembles Mister Carter, a character from the Classic Comics seen on this page.
